Christophe De Taddeo

Within the Digital and Data department of Crédit mutuel / CIC, the Digital Publication team, based in Paris and Strasbourg, is responsible for publishing the group's various corporate publications online.

During this year in collaboration with the group, I was in charge of the web integration of various content (integration and updating of articles, product sheets, emails...) developed by all the different departments of the Crédit Mutuel / CIC sales division.

The company Netty.fr offers real estate agencies an internet solution consisting of real estate transaction software combined with the creation of a modern and efficient website for real estate agencies.

For my first experience as a web developer, I was responsible for several tasks:

- Customization of the graphic designs of the different website templates offered.

- Specific development of functionalities (website and software).

- Continuous improvement of the software.

- Launching websites, setting up email addresses.

- Development of various newsletters.

- Customer support (resolving technical problems related to the software, assistance with using the software and websites).

- Setting up gateways between the software and external sites (Seloger, Leboncoin, personal website, etc.).

- Coordination between customer service and the development team.

- Redistribution of tasks for the development team.
