Christophe Delaitre

For several years, I have been working as a DevOps & Azure Cloud expert, specializing in the implementation of secure, automated, and reliable environments based on AKS, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Defender for Cloud.

My last mission (4 years) allowed me to build a complete Cloud infrastructure from scratch, hosting both critical applications and AI workloads (Azure OpenAI, RAG).

I designed multi-environment CI/CD pipelines, deployed several hardened AKS clusters, integrated Defender security, and implemented custom self-healing and autoscaling mechanisms.

I enjoy transforming an existing technical framework into a robust, sustainable, and controlled foundation.

My role begins when the governance is defined: I take over to build, secure, and industrialize the actual environments, up to their production deployment and handover to internal teams.

In parallel, I created within my company a sovereign AI LAB around the SolarOps IA project, dedicated to the supervision and energy optimization of a home equipped with solar, battery, and a connected meter. This project combines IoT, real-time data, Codex AI Agent in WSL Ubuntu, Ollama, Docker, Python, InfluxDB, Grafana, Mosquitto, NAS, and Nvidia GPU RTX, with a local architecture focused on observability, event detection, and preparation of an AI layer for energy management assistance.

What excites me is to see a system function perfectly because it was designed with precision, rigor, and respect for the business.
