Context: EOS/OXYGENE Program, Refactoring of ENEDIS's Industrial SI (Master Plan 2023-2025)

• Understand business requirements, write associated User Stories in Confluence, and prioritize the Backlog to streamline the development team's work for PI Planning sessions.

• Implement a continuous needs assessment process for projects with the EOS/Oxygen program for phases (Feasibility Study, Framing, Design, etc.) and define deliverables for each phase.

• Analyze existing SI vs. W2B (Want to Be).

• Update the architecture repository (Draw.IO) / ARCHI + Mappings.

• Contribute to the Design, Operational Maintenance, and modernization of ENEDIS's SI functional architectures and Application solutions (electrical work management, incident management, TR historization/reporting, Configuration…).

• Collaborate with ENEDIS business units and projects, leverage new technologies to meet expressed needs, and propose innovative and efficient solutions (Microservices, KAFKA,).

• Design a functional architecture for the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) ecosystem based on Microservices, applying the Domain-Driven Design approach.

• EOS/OXYGENE program SI Master Plan roadmap with T-shirt sizing per reverse engineering workstream.

• Write comprehensive documentation on architecture, Microservices (Java), and procedures, as well as implement a training program for operators and administrators.

Context: As part of several internal Bouygues Telecom projects

• Conduct transverse architecture studies (framing, support for formalizing needs, study, definition of functional architecture solution, costing, monitoring of design and implementation phases, VABF, preparation and facilitation of Architecture Committees, etc.)

• Define and maintain the trajectory to reach the Target.

• Plan urbanization work.

• Identify the impacts of evolutions related to projects.

Context: Lead the enterprise architecture function (continuously improve activities, provide function steering indicators, and ensure permanent liaison with the PwC network's enterprise architecture team)

• Support the SI cadastre (maintain application, flow, and functional architecture mappings); Support innovation processes/approaches, particularly by integrating into Innovation Plans and liaising with the PwC Innovation Office team around new technologies (Big Data, IoT, API, RPA, AI, application domain refactoring, …).

• Implement the Enterprise Architecture Repository (ARIS).

• Secure SI transformation (Target SI updated according to external and internal changes at PwC and PwC network standards).

• Participate in project framing (identify impacts on processes, business objects, functionalities); Influence business and IT stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to the trajectory and urbanization recommendations (Impact Analysis, Project Alerts, and Business Cases for complex projects).

• Data Strategy and Governance (responsible for the overall data governance policy: standards, processes, communication, change management, tooling, ROI effectiveness, steering).

• Define the data governance framework (scope of data to be controlled, principles and standards for data management and reliability); ensure compliance and consistency in data governance implementation across departments and responsible for quality, especially for the most sensitive data (GDPR).
