Following the passage of a metallic foreign object into the plastic shredder, the company SME asked me to join the team responsible for repairing the equipment, which had suffered significant damage.

This intervention allowed me to discover a new field and enrich my technical skills through this new experience.

With the SME Bergheim company team, I participated in conducting comprehensive audits of conveyors on various production lines.

Subsequently, we carried out the replacement and repair of various conveyor components: belts, chains, bearings, motors, rollers, and other mechanical parts.

This mission allowed me to strengthen my expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as in mechanical diagnostics on industrial production lines.

Worked in shifts to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the machinery fleet, following work orders and intervening on equipment according to production priorities.

Actively participated in the continuous improvement of production systems, notably by optimizing settings, enhancing equipment reliability, and implementing solutions to increase machine performance and availability.

Assignments carried out through SME Bergheim, ensuring the continuity and performance of industrial operations.

This experience strengthened my skills in industrial maintenance, fault diagnosis, and collaboration within multidisciplinary technical teams.
