I can initiate and manage your project, or even take over a project in a critical situation, which I am very capable of handling. I ensure, among other things, the relationship with the business, the management of employees and all project stakeholders, and the monitoring of budgets and contracts. My personal approach is to build a fulfilling and serene project environment for teams and clients, with strong risk management, without ever compromising on delivered quality or the fulfillment of my commitments. I can work on your projects part-time or full-time, as needed.

I have 35 years of experience in WEB/IS projects, including 15 years within business management and 20 years in service companies. I have managed numerous fixed-price projects under tight budget, schedule, and quality constraints, up to 15,000 person-days, as well as service centers (project & maintenance) including up to 120 employees. I manage my projects using a classic V-cycle, iterative, agile, or a hybrid method that I build according to your specific needs.

My experience is exclusively in WEB/IS projects and is distinguished by the wide range of roles I have held throughout my career: Domain Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Project Director, Service Center Director, as a client, as a supplier, in Agencies, in IT Service Companies, in Business Departments, in IT Departments, and in numerous sectors: Agri-food, Construction, Public Service, Banking, Defense, Telecom, Luxury, Mass Retail....
