Ensures compliance with the group's financial and operational procedures in the companies.

Preparation of budgets and monthly reporting to the CFO and shareholders (forecasts, variances from budget, cash flow). Financial analysis of work in progress. Updating cost prices and variance analysis.

Audit of companies in Dunkirk, Creil, Morangis, Avignon, Lens, detailed reporting, recommendations and implementation of change (training of operational staff on administrative procedures and software, handover for autonomous management).

Implementation of Group ERP (data import, training plan, management of relationship with the IT provider).

Creation of budget and reporting templates for the group and training on their use.

Reporting to the group CFO, management of operating accounts.

Analysis of risks on inventory based on sales and revenue, calculation of provisions for depreciation. Analysis of differences between sales and inventory movements to ensure the reliability of revenue in accounting. Constitution of provisions and control of FAR and FAE.
