About Christophe

With over twenty years of experience in strategy and transformation consulting, I have developed solid expertise in areas such as structuring strategic vision, managing complex programs, improving operational performance, and implementing new organizational models. I support general and operational management, with a strong customer focus and constant attention to creating concrete and measurable value.

I have actively contributed to the commercial development of my organizations, building trusting relationships with my clients, identifying new opportunities, and developing offers tailored to their challenges.

I founded and led the strategy and organization consulting firm Pagamon for twelve years, active between 2013 and 2025, with a strong presence in the automotive (Renault, Volvo Cars), life sciences (Ipsen, Valneva), and tourism (Club Med) sectors. The team consisted of about twenty consultants, with an annual recurring revenue exceeding €2 million. I ceased this activity in May 2025.
My previous career led me to Assystem (2008–2013), where I managed the consulting department and led missions focused on operational performance and product development process improvement (Airbus, Alstom Transport...).
Between 2000 and 2008, I worked at Capgemini Consulting, first as a senior consultant, then as a manager within the Supply Chain practice. There, I managed competitiveness programs and led transformation projects for purchasing and supply chain functions (SNCF, Valeo, Faurecia, Novartis Vaccines...).
I began my career at Valeo in 1997, spending three years at the industrial sites of the Interior Safety division in England and then in Germany.
