I help structure and validate a product before investing months of development
I work with founders and early-stage startups who want to transform an idea into a useful product, without wasting months developing the wrong solution.
Many projects fail not because of the technology, but because the product is not clear enough, not prioritized enough, or not validated enough with users. My role is to bring both technical rigor and product vision to avoid these costly mistakes, but also to clarify decisions and raise the product bar for teams and founders.
I act as a tech & product partner to:
- structure an idea and a value proposition
- define a realistic and prioritized roadmap
- build and test initial versions quickly
- help founders make clearer, faster, and better-aligned product decisions
My approach is based on testing, user feedback, and “thinking in bets”: we move forward with hypotheses, measure, and adjust instead of betting everything on certainties.
