My training and professional background have allowed me to develop solid expertise in health, safety at work, environment, and quality of life at work, in varied and demanding environments: hospitals, local authorities, educational institutions, industry, agri-food, and construction.

I have successfully led large-scale projects for both VSEs/SMEs and organizations with over 5,000 employees, adapting to their specific challenges and strong regulatory and operational constraints.

I worked for eight years as QHSE Manager for a group of four companies located in France and Portugal specializing in the chemical industry, before founding my own training organization, QSE START Consulting, in 2016, after five years of collaboration with a firm in Lyon.

Through this organization, I now work as an approved Consultant and Trainer, recognized notably as an IPRP by DREETS Rhône-Alpes, RPS and SST trainer by INRS, as well as a certified IRCA ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 auditor.
