In 2009, I (co-)authored the technical manual for Tesla's cars at the time. Specifically for technicians in Dutch, from English. In close consultation with Tesla's management, including Elon Musk himself. A lot of specific terminology and with specific CAT Tools. The deadlines were very tight and were all met. Tesla was very satisfied with the result, both technically and linguistically.

I have worked several times as a consultant and interpreter for social and technical audits by Boots or its subcontractors at companies in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and the UK. The focus was mainly on Dutch, English, and French, and sometimes German. This included conversations (short interviews) with employees and interaction with management. Helping to ensure that the audits went smoothly and reporting to the responsible persons at Boots. I also took on a lot of translation work in this capacity.

In 2018, I completed the training to become a DPO (Data Protection Officer) for GDPR legislation and can therefore perfectly apply that regulation in my translation work and similar tasks.
