Mission: Consulting on the deployment of a new invoicing tool in 200 nursing homes (NetFactu vs Titan)

- Analysis and formalization of business processes with accounts receivable

- Industrialization of data recovery, partly manual

- Configuration audit and recommendations; formalization of training materials

- Professionalization of user support and implementation of 6 KPIs

- Monitoring of the 19 pilot establishments, reporting of anomalies and bugs to the publisher

- Steering committees, project committees, monitoring committees; deployment scenarios

Missions:

- SPF DMS Project Manager: gathering user needs, drafting specifications and use cases, presenting candidates, client feedback, selection of the OnBase solution from Hyland in hosted IAAS mode.

- Organization of functional and technical workshops for the scoping of each business unit.

- Inventory of business documents and their information systems; definition of metadata through the classification plan, implementation of compliance rules, use of OCR.

- Definition of user access rights, definition of validation processes, particularly between Sales and Legal.

- Integration of the DMS with Outlook, DocuSign, SAP, SalesForce tools.

- Change management support for users with tutorial workshops.

- POC on integrating OnBase with SalesForce and Docusign
