Christine Meyer

A graduate of a business and management school, I began my career as a retail sector manager, a commercially focused role.

From 2000 onwards, I entered the human resources field, notably by creating and managing 2 temporary and recruitment agencies, which allowed me to discover numerous professions and organizational systems.

This experience convinced me that human capital, particularly skills adaptation and development, is a key driver of a company's performance and competitiveness.

I am an entrepreneur myself: I created an HR consulting firm and then acquired a training organization specializing in apprenticeships, where I managed 35 employees. The changing economic environments, digital transition, and societal evolution require us to rethink our models and shift paradigms.

Since 2009, I have been supporting companies in enhancing their human capital through tools and practices that define HR strategy, develop employer branding, engage teams, develop skills, and structure HR tools and procedures.

I am also a Qualiopi consultant and CSR consultant.

I offer both one-off support to organizations through consulting and training services, as well as recurring services through HR outsourcing: personnel administration, recruitment support, skills management.

I work across all sectors of activity and company sizes throughout France, offering remote or hybrid services.
