With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in HR management positions in France and internationally, I am involved in all HR topics, including recruitment, skills development through training, compensation and benefits, employee representative committee management (CSE), management support on all HR issues, disciplinary actions and contract terminations, health and safety, as well as the implementation of processes and procedures to optimize HR management. I notably worked in a start-up (6 years) where I was able to set up the entire HR function from A to Z.

Passionate about professional support, whether in my role as a coach or an outsourced HR manager, what drives me most is facilitating change and taking action. I work on a part-time basis as an outsourced HR manager and coach, on a project basis and with ongoing support throughout the year.
