I help organizations, foundations, and mobility platforms understand what globally mobile populations actually experience — not just what compliance data captures.

I'm a migration researcher and J.D. with nine years of embedded experience across European migration corridors, currently a doctoral researcher in Migration Studies at ICS-Universidade de Lisboa. I founded Flourish in the Foreign, a primary oral history collection of 150+ life-history interviews documenting Black women's voluntary migration across 50+ countries — one of the largest qualitative datasets of its kind, built through six years of trust and sustained relationships, not survey panels.

I bring this research base to organizations working on global mobility, destination development, and cultural intelligence. Typical engagements include:
