Began professional career in 2003 in industry and then in a leading consulting group. Freelancing since 2013, I have mainly carried out international strategy consulting and program management missions for Airbus Helicopters and Air France-KLM, and as a Transition Manager.

Some transition missions:

Regional IT Manager in charge of several countries for one year, based in Monaco. Responsible for the implementation of SAP and Salesforce in Monaco, infrastructure renovation in three countries, Office 365 migration, and supervision of support (internal and external).

Head of the patient journey department within the Information Systems and Digital Innovation Directorate at Nice University Hospital in 2019-2020, managing a team of thirty people.

My vision for a project is collaborative. My role as an orchestra conductor is to have a global view of stakeholders and project expectations in order to position the best experts on each subject and to meet user expectations by offering the best quality of service within the given deadlines and estimated budget.

My preferred missions are those that involve shaping the company of tomorrow or significantly improving the quality of work in a liberated company context.
