Relations with employee representative bodies: organizing elections, preparing and participating in Central CSE meetings, annual negotiations, drafting agreements, leading HR commissions of the Central CSE.

Organization Implementation of the HRD function and organization of the HR department, creation of tools.

• Change management in the context of preparing and implementing a merger-acquisition: adaptation agreement, provident fund contracts, change of collective agreement.

• Relations with employee representative bodies: Implementation of the CSE (elections) and participation in CSE meetings, leading CSCCT and the training commission. Negotiation of agreements (adaptation agreements, CET, mutual insurance, working time arrangements).
