After 17 years of experience as a management controller and ERP project manager, I assist SMEs/ETIs with:

1. the implementation of their information system in a project management assistance (AMOA) role,

2. projects to optimize their financial reporting, implementation of BI tools, Excel training on their own dashboards,

3. financial analysis/management control (cost of goods sold, profitability, cash flow, 3-year plan, forecasting).

Currently, in a carpentry/joinery SME, I am assisting with the implementation of project-based management through workshop facilitation, definition of company workflows, and analytical structure, as well as change management. I am also involved in the analysis of standard costs, budgets, and 3-year plans in a mechanical engineering company.

I use Excel for the finance part. And I have a very good command of ERP system functionalities for the implementation of commercial management, project-based management, and finance modules (MOVEX, NAVISION, Microsoft D365).
