Christian Stöbe

In over 17 years as a self-employed lawyer, I have comprehensively advised medium-sized companies and private individuals in business, real estate, and employment law. My focus was on structuring complex contracts in commercial lease law and providing strategic advice to managing directors. A particular focus of my work was out-of-court conflict resolution through mediation and empathetic negotiation. This allowed me to achieve sustainable economic solutions, avoiding lengthy and costly lawsuits. My approach is to protect the interests of all parties involved, even in complex situations, and to find pragmatic agreements.

Parallel to my studies, I worked in the German Bundestag. My focus was on the editorial processing and quality assurance of Bundestag documents. This activity required not only the highest legal precision and linguistic accuracy but also gave me early, deep insights into parliamentary procedures and the formal legislative process.
