And don't get me wrong, the solutions are often right in front of you, but the 'how,' 'with what,' and 'with which resources' are unclear. The implementation often doesn't depend on you, but on what you do all day – making decisions, putting out fires, trade fairs, presentations, etc. ... it's all too much.
