I discovered the world of commercial photography during my business school studies. As soon as I left national service, a position as a set assistant in a large Parisian studio offered me an immersion in fashion and show-business photography. Then encounters with Swiss and American photographers led me to large format, highly technical shooting environments: automotive, still life and underwater photography.

At the end of the 1980s, I discovered the Macintosh which would revolutionize my professional world. I learned the profession of desktop publishing designer and color retoucher which offers me the ability to carry out the post production of my images myself. Parallel to my photographic activity and surfing on the digital wave, I carry out interim and freelance assignments in desktop publishing and photo retouching with pack design, communication, photogravure and photo post-production entities. An early adopter of digital photography, all of these accumulated expertise offered me, in the mid-1990s, the opportunity to demonstrate to a major automobile manufacturer that an all-digital production of images for advertising publishing is now possible. Two years later, the creation of the first digital photo studio in the automotive field became a reality.

My curiosity and the advent of the internet then allowed me to learn web design, html/css programming, javascript, php/sql, and 3D CGI imagery. After a few years of waiting to see 3D rendering engines capable of producing photorealistic CGI images, I decided to fully invest myself in this field, considering this technology as the logical continuation of my

photographer expertise. I create CGI images for cosmetics/perfumery, automotive, decoration/architecture.
