During my professional internship, I collaborated in the operations area, performing activities such as monitoring the performance of operators, analyzing calls through the Talkdesk platform, collecting and organizing tickets and incidents, as well as updating dashboards and tracking files. I also participated in the identification of fraud, the sending of promotional materials to agencies, and the management of databases for customer retention strategies (Winback). These tasks allowed me to develop skills in data analysis, indicator tracking, and improvement of operational processes.

Customer service on the sales floor, support in inventories and merchandise arrangement, cash register management, cash and bank terminal collection, as well as resolution of doubts and follow-up to promotions and merchandise changes.
