I joined the IRCEM team as a consultant with the objective of optimizing the performance of existing analytical solutions. The mission began with a thorough evaluation of the complementary product recommendation engine. It continued with the design and implementation of an innovative methodology, better adapted to the company's specific needs.

I joined the general inspection department to support the scaling up of data exploitation for auditing. My objective was to structure the Data Science department, and to provide Data expertise for missions on various topics such as business development, commitments and risks, compliance, governance, and human resources.

✔️ Structuring of the Data Science department including the implementation of tools and processes, participation in recruitment, mentoring and project management, understanding business challenges and translating them into technical requirements, developing innovative solutions for auditing, documenting and popularizing results, as well as technological watch. (Code review, technical point, project management, Qualimetry process)

✔️ Design and implementation of an automated document analysis solution to optimize efficiency and processing speed during an audit mission: searching for passages related to a given theme, sentiment analysis, keyword search, names, as well as their variations.

✔️ Implementation of a tool for collecting and analyzing customer feedback on Google: Web Scraping; categorization of reviews; identification of pain points, reasons for complaints, and sources of satisfaction; visualization of indicators and comparison of network establishments.

✔️ Implementation of unsupervised algorithms for detecting anomalies in banking transactions, pricing, and for analyzing the consistency between employee performance evaluations and their training needs.

✔️ Evaluation and optimization of the AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism) framework.

By joining the Data Lab, the AI service center for the Group, I contributed to accelerating data exploitation at RCI. I built demonstrators, and I demonstrated pedagogical skills in Data Science to engage business sponsors and identify new needs.

In close collaboration with other team members: Data Engineer, DevOps, Business, and Project Management; I implemented end-to-end solutions to improve customer experience, or to automate and optimize certain processes.

✔️ Implementation of an automated email categorization and sorting engine, to relieve the operational teams of RCI Italy's CRM department. With automated responses for certain topics, the solution reduced the average response time by 44%.

✔️ Fraud detection: automation of the credit application file validation process, by recognizing images of proven fraudsters.

✔️ Building several predictive scores for optimizing marketing campaigns in France and Italy. These models helped optimize targeting for insurance renewal, reactivation, or churn prevention campaigns.

✔️ Life event prediction: more accurately estimating the residual value of vehicles under leasing, to identify the opportune moment to settle the financing.

✔️ R&D - Speech-to-Text: implementation of a Deep Learning algorithm for transcribing Call Center audio.

✔️ Automation of a reporting on margins generated from maintenance and extended warranty services. Collection of monthly files received from 19 countries; consolidation; data quality control; storage; reprocessing and visualization of indicators.
