I am a .NET developer at BNP Paribas, integrated into a squad of 6 people within a tribe composed of 4 squads. My team is part of the Personal Finance (PF) IT department. My main role is to ensure the run and business support to resolve any blockages on applications, as well as daily production monitoring at 8 AM, before business activity begins. The objective is to guarantee the smooth operation of the environments, allowing business teams to work in good conditions.

I also participate in a credit consolidation project, with or without collateral. My team manages several applications linked by sub-modules in a SOAP architecture. Among the developed applications, we find:

A brokerage application, developed in .NET Core with Web APIs in SOAP architecture (the front-end is managed by one person in React).
The front-end of the Orion application for direct clients, developed in ASP.NET MVC, and the back-end with Web APIs in .NET 4.5.
The back-end of Calipso, a CRM used as an entry point for all services, developed in .NET Core 5 in Web API (the front-end is managed by one person using Liferay).
The Nova application, dedicated to managing supporting documents, developed in ASP.NET MVC (front and back).
The My Tarif application, which manages pricing and rates, also developed in ASP.NET MVC (front and back).
The team consists of a PO, a BI, two .NET developers, a .NET Tech Leader, a React developer (Scrum Master), and a Liferay developer (Java). We work according to the Agile Scrum methodology.
