For over eight years, I have been accompanying digital products from the initial requirement to going live – as a Product Owner, Project Manager, and the link between business departments, UX, and development.

My focus: clearly structuring complex web and app projects with many stakeholders. In modernizing the service portal of a professional association (team size 10-15 people, 2-year duration), I worked out the functional requirements with all involved business departments and translated them into actionable work packages. Subsequently, I managed the migration to a multi-tenant platform for several professional associations and accident insurance institutions (3 years) – including moderating the diverse process requirements of the individual clients.
