Working hand-in-hand with the founders to execute our mission of becoming the next-generation, AI-powered, most disruptive cross-border e-Commerce platform. My role involves being the primary point of contact for the founders, helping them plan, define, and structure all major and transformative activities. I assist in managing day-to-day operations and oversee all high-priority projects (e.g., our global payment solution and next-gen AI-powered localization engine), while acting as the primary orchestrator and leader of all cross-functional team activities and initiatives. I drive all internal communication while creating a solid framework, discipline, and work environment conducive to fostering the culture we desire, inspiring our teams to perform at their best at Glopal. My additional activities also include establishing measurable business performance KPIs to drive continuous improvements across all areas, including our ESG plan for investors, as well as designing and deploying company-wide OKRs.

I worked with a highly energetic and focused team seeking to transform procurement and purchasing processes through EDI innovation. My role included: responsibility and leadership for priority strategic projects and rapid delivery of impactful results, coaching and mentoring junior staff, developing and implementing efficient and highly scalable processes across various functions using OKRs (i.e., sales, marketing, customer success, technology & product, people & culture), strengthening cultural cohesion, building a customer-centric organization to ensure our clients and business partners have a unique onboarding experience, and providing constant feedback to the product team on feature performance and market fit. I worked on various tasks directly with the CEO, such as identifying new business opportunities, recruiting key talent, managing external stakeholders, and collaborating with experienced advisors for additional funding.
