Returning on July 3rd, I am sending you this email a little in advance before your departure.

Thank you for the work you have done on the M3 Project. I arrived 2 months ago, but you helped me a lot to understand the issues around M3 and gave me good ideas and directions on critical points to monitor, as I do not come from this world at all.

I think Xavier and Aurélien greatly appreciated your professionalism, your rigor in documentation, and your always objective approach to M3 technical subjects.

It was not easy for you during your 6 months to adapt to the Orchestra world: little to no documentation, improvable organization, colleagues not always willing to share ( 😊).

I remain confident because we are on the right track and the people are motivated. There is still a lot of work to be done, but the teams need some time to change their way of working. In any case, I will do my best with my teams to establish a true Production organization: processes, documentation, ….
