    I am in charge of the Direction of 4 projects:
    1. The PREVENTEL project, which involves automating subscriber requests to determine if one of the 11 member operators of the GIE Préventel has flagged them for non-payment, identity theft, or fraud. The database, under CNIL supervision, contains 1.8 million people. My responsibility covers both the BUILD and RUN phases.
    2. The second project concerns the dematerialization of all mail for CNP Assurances, a member of the La Poste Group. As part of its move to Issy les Moulineaux, CNP Assurances decided to dematerialize its mail service. My responsibility covers both the BUILD and RUN phases.
    3. For La Banque Postale, the task was to implement a new generic flow, transversal to all business lines, intended to receive dematerialized files from LBP's financial centers, including those in overseas departments and territories, and from DOCAPOSTE production centers. My scope covered all tasks incumbent upon the MOE, both in terms of budget and planning. The design of the flow (standard XML file structure and associated PDF objects) was also my responsibility.
    4. The S2E (Employee Savings Plan) project consisted of migrating from an old dematerialization and reporting tool, Phénix/Pentaho, to the new SGDE/KIBANA tool. This migration project involved 49 different IT flows spread across two environments.

    As part of Groupe BPCE's positioning in the insurance market, the subsidiary BPCE Assurance was created.
    NATIXIS, a subsidiary of the Group, was mandated to design these products, whether for car insurance, motorcycles, or multi-risk home insurance.
    Adapted IT tools had to be developed for the management of these new products.
    Archiving and publishing services were outsourced to external providers. The new tool was intended to internalize these services. Thus, the mission consisted of defining classification plans, setting up appropriate flows between the digitization provider and the Distributor and Producer DMS tools.
    It also involved internalizing all the templates used in the outsourcing framework and performing all the configuration of the Publishing tool (SEFAS/DOCPRINT) to internalize the Publishing service.
    The technologies used were:
     PEGA for the development of business applications for sales and Back Office,
     Filenet for the "Producer" and "Distributors" DMS,
     SEFAS and DOCPRINT developed by Edilance for transactional and interactive publishing,

    Missions carried out as part of the DMS and Publishing implementation:
    - Project and resource management and coordination through Tyfdocs and Confluence tools,
    - Participation in the Project Committee, Monitoring Committees,
    - Contact person for the IT service provider BPCE IT,
