Contribution to ServiceNow CMDB configuration management processes

Contribution to maintaining the application repository in the CDMB and data quality.

-> Provide expertise to the configuration management process manager in the implementation and maintenance of data for the GEA Cluster and particularly for configuration items on ServiceNow CMDB

Production and Reporting

-> Produce reports from ServiceNow or Excel or PowerBI

-> Support for requests / missions related to the ServiceNow tool.

-> Play a role of Business Owner for the perimeter users

-> Contribute to the alignment of MEGA application repository (and ARES) and METIS

-> Develop "CMDB reflexes"

-> Develop quality and completeness control tools

MISSION DETAILS

Support for the ITSM PO CMDB process owner to handle issues related to internal and cross-functional projects across CAGIP's various Clusters and Platforms

Participate in the implementation of ITSM/CMDB processes for a go-live planned at the end of Q2/2022.

- control CMDB automatic updates based on ITOM Discovery inventories

- identify discrepancies and define corrective action plans to achieve defined objectives.

- define with technical teams, experts, and project teams the necessary evolutions for configuration item management and their relationships in line with requirements gathering.

- coordinate activities, processes, procedures around the CMDB.

- contribute to the evolution of the data model, its collection and updating.

- ensure the management of the automated inventory plan for objects associated with CMDB configuration items, data collection, identification of discrepancies (new, deleted, to be updated).

Support the process owner in their mission and ensure skill transfer to enable them to be autonomous.

Ensure communication and sharing of the vision, objectives, and strategy of the project to implement a single CMDB.

ITSM & CMDB implementation and Service Reporting

ITIL expert – Architecture, CMDB & data model implementation. Reporting setup. Automation of reporting and data analysis processes.

Head of Reporting & Configuration team.

Production of weekly and monthly reports. Monthly presentation of evolutions.

Analysis of discrepancies, identification of areas for improvement, monitoring of improvements.
