As part of the facelift, I was responsible for the strategic and visual reorientation of the website. As Design Lead, I coordinated the UX/UI team, conducted reviews, and ensured adherence to strict accessibility and design standards. Additionally, as Project Owner, I managed the project and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders.

The focus was on developing user-centered solutions for the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS). I designed and optimized central user interfaces and workflows (e.g., for MeinAMS, all jobs & all courses) to create an intuitive user experience and simplify usability in the long term. Through targeted design and accessibility audits, I ensured that the applications met the high standards of digital accessibility.

Starting from the existing SMS infrastructure, the goal was to create a completely new environment for the upcoming RCS standard. I developed the UX architecture of a modular application from scratch. It enables business customers today to manage complex datasets and intuitively control rich media campaigns.
