- Mastering the art of facilitationKLAP - DESIGN THINKINGL’intelligence collective permet de faire ressortir le potentiel et la créativité des individus d’un groupe, car elle est supérieure à la simple somme des intelligences individuelles. L’interaction entre les individus a en effet l’avantage de produire un “plus” important dans la construction des idées et la recherche de solutions. Cependant, faire ressortir le meilleur d’un groupe est souvent difficile. Permettre à chacun de s’exprimer, orienter, prendre des décisions, n’est en effet pas si simple en groupe… C’est ici qu’entre en compte l’art de la facilitation. La facilitation, c’est l’action de rendre quelque chose plus facile, rendre plus efficientes les interactions et tirer le meilleur d’un groupe de travail, tout en évitant les pièges et côtés négatifs.
