    L’intelligence collective permet de faire ressortir le potentiel et la créativité des individus d’un groupe, car elle est supérieure à la simple somme des intelligences individuelles. L’interaction entre les individus a en effet l’avantage de produire un “plus” important dans la construction des idées et la recherche de solutions. Cependant, faire ressortir le meilleur d’un groupe est souvent difficile. Permettre à chacun de s’exprimer, orienter, prendre des décisions, n’est en effet pas si simple en groupe… C’est ici qu’entre en compte l’art de la facilitation.
