Management: Skill development of an HR assistant and supervision of an intern (support on various topics related to payroll, training, HR projects, and recruitment). CROSS-FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS - General administrative management: updating legal documents, invoicing, mail management, supplies, and support to operational teams. Fleet management: Monitoring vehicle entry and exit from the fleet, claims and vehicle maintenance management, fuel card management and dispatch, processing of various fines.
