As part of the "Les Oiseaux de Passage" festival, I participated as a volunteer in the organization and smooth running of the event.

This experience allowed me to contribute to a cultural and human project by working in a team on various missions: welcoming the public, logistical support, setup, participant assistance, and general festival organization support.

Being a volunteer at this festival helped me develop my organizational skills, my versatility, my interpersonal skills, and my adaptability in a dynamic and friendly environment.

This experience also strengthened my interest in collective projects, cultural events, and initiatives that promote exchange and sharing.

As part of the "Tous aux Agri !" project, conducted in partnership with France Travail of Forges-les-Eaux and the Mission Locale du Talou, I participated in an initiative to promote agriculture and the Pays de Bray region.

This project aimed to showcase agricultural professions, highlight local know-how, and change perceptions of the agricultural world through a human and authentic approach.

In this context, I produced a documentary focused on agriculture in the Pays de Bray. This work involved visiting farms, meeting passionate farmers, and conducting interviews to present their daily lives, their professions, their values, and the realities of the field.

This project allowed me to develop skills in organization, communication, interview conducting, and fieldwork, while discovering a rich world of meaning, transmission, and human commitment.

Hired by Pontoon, I am responsible for the follow-up of temporary workers for Schneider Electric. I manage the entire temporary employment process, from receiving requests to the end of the assignment: briefing managers, monitoring contracts and onboarding, reporting, and administrative management. I support temporary employment agencies in their recruitment efforts and ensure good communication between the different project stakeholders. Finally, I ensure client satisfaction and the smooth running of assignments.
