I have 10 years of experience in corporate finance, both in consulting firms (Big Four) and in companies (Startups and Mid-sized companies). During my years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work on statutory audit, post-acquisition integration, M&A and Corporate Development, and strategy assignments both in France and abroad (United States, Tunisia, Cameroon, Guinea, DR-Congo, and Ghana).
