During my experiences at AGAP2 and COF’TECH, I led high-stakes projects in the healthcare and digital sectors, from scoping to market launch. As an R&D Project Manager, I coordinated multiple stakeholders (R&D, production, marketing, quality), structured detailed project plans, and ensured operational and strategic steering in steering committees.

I also held the role of Scrum Master, implementing agile methodologies comprehensively: backlog management, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and performance indicator setup. This experience allowed me to support multidisciplinary teams in achieving greater efficiency, responsiveness, and cohesion.
