As part of this assignment, I managed a strategic project for CompaRecycle, a company specializing in the resale of used high-tech products from professionals. The main objective was to create a custom ERP to industrialize and optimize the process of reselling technological products, often acquired in bulk from companies.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Analysis of the existing system:

I conducted a functional and technical audit of the management system in place, identifying operational limitations, redundancies, and friction points in the resale cycle.

Writing functional and technical specifications:

I gathered business needs through workshops with stakeholders (operations, logistics, accounting, customer service). I then formalized these needs in a comprehensive specifications document.

Design of the target system:

In collaboration with the technical team, I designed the functional architecture of an ERP in a microservices architecture, promoting scalability, interoperability, and module reusability (batch management, product status, logistics, billing, CRM...).

Agile Scrum Project Management:

As Scrum Master and Product Owner, I managed sprint planning, facilitated ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), prioritized the product backlog, monitored velocity indicators, and ensured continuous adaptation to business needs.

Testing, validation, and change management:

I coordinated the functional acceptance testing phase.
