Over the course of my procurement career I have influenced an estimated $1B+ in total spend across technology, corporate services, infrastructure, labour and operational categories. Across competitive sourcing engagements I have consistently delivered average savings and cost avoidance of 10–15%, combining structured negotiation, scope optimisation and disciplined commercial management. Most recently I have held direct portfolio accountability for $331M in annual spend at Hancock Iron Ore and a $250M contract and pipeline portfolio at Fortescue, engaging consistently at Head of and GM level

throughout.
