• Audits: Data-room review and field audits to identify regulatory, operational, and environmental liability risks exceeding materiality thresholds (€5k - €200k) in the context of company sales/acquisitions (international clients). Field audits to assess regulatory compliance and HSE performance. Identification of gaps with regulatory requirements (Labor Code, Environmental Code) and clients' internal requirements, proposal of action plans. Supplier audits as part of the law on the duty of vigilance of parent companies and contracting authorities.

• Data Analysis and Visualization: Creation of tools (self-assessment grids, dashboards) for reporting multi-site HSE indicators and analysis (SharePoint, Excel, PowerBi). Consolidation of audit program results (+200) for macroscopic analysis (business unit, country, year, etc.) (VBA, PowerBi).

• Other: ICPE knowledge sharing; mining work opening declaration; regulatory support for companies wishing to establish themselves in France; HAZOP scribe; hazard study; regulatory watch France and international; environmental and social management systems (IFC, EBRD Performance Standards).
