Apricity wants to train machine learning algorithms on medical data. My job is to set up a database network for federated learning. The project is based on the open-source project Hyperledger Fabric and allows, via the blockchain, to train models without the data leaving the hospitals. My mission involves developing in Python, Javascript, and Go, but also requires a good command of Docker, Kubernetes, and system architecture in general.

As CTO and Lead Developer at Le Hibou, my job was to develop and maintain the company's internal platform, the tools used by sales teams, and to automate as many redundant tasks as possible.

This experience not only allowed me to increase my technical expertise but also pushed me to work directly with the "business" teams to identify their needs and constraints, and to train them in the use of the tools offered to them. I was also responsible for planning the company's technical roadmap and organizing the "sprints" inherent in our agile methodology.
