Réseau Divergent was founded in 2025 by Bénédicte Lacroix, Joëlle Huillier, Jean-Philippe Barret, and several professional partners from Nord Isère.

We are a network of entrepreneurs and professionals who rely on the strength of the collective and the organization of unifying events to energize territories, through the networking of economic actors, always for the benefit of charitable and solidarity causes.

The idea is not to reinvent the wheel with yet another network. We want to act simply, concretely, with heart, by conceiving and organizing different unifying event concepts and by broadly bringing together all sectors of activity and all types of functions. And this, always for the benefit of a charitable or solidarity association.

As a passionate graphic designer and committed trainer, I help entrepreneurs and businesses create a unique and coherent visual identity. My goal is to help my clients enhance their brand image while empowering them in their communication. My main missions:

Personalized graphic design:

• Custom logo creation and complete visual identities.

• Editorial design

• Design of communication materials (business cards, flyers, catalogs, social media templates).

Thematic training and workshops:

• Practical in-person workshops for entrepreneurs: introduction to Canva, creation of print materials, and social media harmonization.

• Strategic support for impactful visual communication.

With technical expertise and a creative vision, I help clients make their brand shine and achieve their communication goals.

I worked for several months in a small local printing company, which allowed me to develop solid experience in creating materials for printing: flyers, brochures, catalogs, posters, business cards, etc.

There, I learned to:

• respect the technical constraints of printing (bleed, margins, resolution, CMYK colorimetry, legible fonts, etc.)

• prepare clean, standardized files compatible with production tools

• advise clients on paper choices, finishes, and formats

• work within sometimes tight deadlines with a high level of quality

This experience today reinforces my ability to create materials that are both aesthetic, effective, and printable without unpleasant surprises.
