Context reminder: harmonize the use of tools within the organization to streamline internal communication by creating a common language + creation of an adequate training program
Chloé perfectly understood our company's challenges and adapted the change management methodology accordingly. She managed to maintain a good pace throughout this project despite setbacks (lockdown, etc.), analyze, organize discussions, and help us make the most important decisions regarding the use of our internal tools, in addition to writing a complete training program and processes.
