Epic Tales Productions is a platform I founded, connecting authors and beta readers to support the writing and publication of literary works. As founder and Product Manager, I own the product end-to-end: from vision and strategy to technical construction, completely autonomously thanks to vibe coding with AI (Claude Code). An experience that allows me to combine user discovery, product roadmap in a Lean Startup approach.

At RCA, I am the Product Manager for the Purchasing module of a pre-accounting application for businesses and chartered accountants. I lead continuous discovery (interviews, user tests, data analysis) to formulate and validate product hypotheses, while defining a long-term product vision aligned with business strategy. I track key KPIs and OKRs to drive product performance, and I arbitrate priorities based on user impact, ROI, and technical constraints in close collaboration with the tech, design, and business teams. I also mentor more junior Product Managers through weekly sessions.

At Witivio, I was the first Product Manager for a suite of "employee experience" applications combining generative AI (GPT) and a 2D metaverse solution. B2B2C/B2B, web, and mobile solutions.

I led the discovery phase to identify product opportunities directly linked to user needs, market trends, and business objectives, and I facilitated collaborative sessions with internal teams (design, development, marketing) as well as external stakeholders on AI issues and associated ethical questions.

I defined and implemented a roadmap strategy prioritized according to user problems, number of targeted users, estimated impact, and development effort, while recruiting and managing a product team (PO, PMM). The role also included KPI monitoring, Product Backlog management, budgeting, and facilitating SCRUM ceremonies.
