About Chloé

Independent HR consultant, I support SMEs in their recruitment, integration, and talent retention challenges.

After more than 3 years of experience within the Allianz group, I have developed a solid understanding of HR issues, both human and organizational. This experience has allowed me to support various company stakeholders and contribute to the management of diverse issues related to the employee journey.

Today, I help companies structure their recruitment, secure the integration of their new employees, and implement concrete actions to promote their engagement and retention.

My approach is based on three principles:
