I am Chloé Guilloteau, an HR Consultant with 12 years of experience in companies ranging from 20 to 1500 employees in various sectors (retail, agri-food, tech, crafts, services).

This journey has taught me one essential thing: the HR needs of an SME are not limited to software and a standard contract. They require someone who knows the rules, anticipates risks, and structures without being burdensome.

What I do concretely: I intervene on a one-off or recurring basis to structure your HR function, secure your practices, and support your managers.

Contracts, disciplinary procedures, employee representative bodies, recruitment, training, payroll – I handle it all, with the level of expertise of a firm without the hourly rate that comes with it.

My positioning is simple: you don't need a full-time HR Director. You need an operational HR professional, available when you need her, who speaks your language and builds solid foundations for your growth.

I work with SMEs and startups in the Île-de-France region (and remotely).
