Do you run an SME with 10 to 100 employees? Do you manage your HR intuitively, between emergencies, with makeshift tools, and you know it can't last.

I am Chloé Guilloteau, an HR Consultant with 12 years of experience in companies ranging from 20 to 1500 employees in various sectors (retail, agri-food, tech, crafts, services).

This journey has taught me one essential thing: the HR needs of an SME are not limited to software and a standard contract. They require someone who knows the rules, anticipates risks, and structures without being burdensome.
