My background:
After graduating from business school (EDHEC), I worked for 15 years in advertising & communication agencies where I advised large groups in various sectors: banking-insurance, agri-food, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, cosmetics. This allows me today to better understand the operational and strategic realities of the organizations I support.
I managed operational and project teams. This managerial experience allows me to quickly grasp the professional situations encountered by my clients and the feelings they can generate.
10 years of expatriation in Montreal made me view managerial relationships differently. Upon my return to France, I decided to dedicate my energy to evolving interaction methods within organizations, starting with the core: the teams!
