With an initial engineering background (biological and food products), my career path and various roles have allowed me to develop a dual expertise in technical and purchasing, from strategic vision to operational efficiency. Driven by sustainable performance, I have led numerous value analysis and continuous improvement projects generating significant savings, while integrating CSR issues.

I have worked on numerous categories of raw materials (flavors and spices, biscuits, cocoa and chocolates, caramels, cereals, colorings, ferments, fibers, nuts, fruit preparations, processed fruits and vegetables, dairy raw materials, eggs and egg products, sugars and sweeteners, texturizing thickeners and gelling agents, mineral salts and vitamins) and packaging (solid board, corrugated board, labels, complex films, bags and sachets, metal cans, plastic cans, composite cans).
