Objective: Maximize performance per square meter and the brand mix of the Village in line with the expected budget and desired positioning - Monitor and analyze the performance of existing brands, maintain and optimize relationships to develop or adapt business opportunities - Prospect and integrate new brands: produce upstream analyses (market, relevance, potential), promote and sell the Village, the proposed location, negotiate commercial terms and contracts - Orchestrate projects until opening/reopening, in close collaboration with various internal teams and the brand: optimize shopfits with architects and construction teams (quality and efficiency of the store concept, quality of execution), contracts/amendments with legal, teams/stock with retail, communication with marketing. Analyze performance, consider possible adjustments or relevant duplication for other brands.
