As part of the digital twin project for Groupe ADP airports, I participated in the creation of reference BIM models for infrastructure management and operation. I was responsible for modeling the architectural and structural elements from 2D plans, GIS data, and point clouds, while contributing to the definition of modeling standards (LOD). My role also included coordination with project teams, production monitoring (quality, deadlines, workload), and reporting. Finally, I took part in the discussions on digital twin use cases and the identification of business needs to support the project's deployment.

For several assignments carried out for INGEROP, I participated in major projects such as the Bobigny Courthouse, the Saint-Ouen Grand Paris Nord University Hospital, and the renovation of the Courcelles building in Paris.

I was responsible for preliminary synthesis and technical coordination between disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, structure, architecture) during the APD, PRO, and DCE phases.

My role involved analyzing inter-disciplinary conflicts, producing schematic sections, coordinating synthesis meetings, and tracking issues on the ACC platform.

I also participated in targeted technical workshops to resolve complex issues and propose optimization solutions, thereby ensuring the consistency of BIM models and the quality of deliverables throughout the design process.

These experiences have allowed me to strengthen my expertise in technical synthesis, BIM coordination, and collaborative management of complex projects.

Within BESIX, I joined the BIM team to enhance architectural and technical synthesis on the Saint-Denis Pleyel Station project. My mission covers the modeling and updating of BIM models, inter-disciplinary coordination, and the development of synthesis details, in direct liaison with engineers and design teams. I handle the analysis of service orders and FTMs, conflict detection and tracking via BIMTrack, as well as the production of deliverables (plans, reports, IFC and Navisworks exports). I also manage the BIM360 platform, ensuring proper information flow and data compliance throughout the process. This mission is part of an advanced BIM coordination approach, aiming to ensure technical consistency, deliverable quality, and model interoperability within the project.
