Customer Care Platform: One Bank is a project to build an IS that unifies all that Orange currently offers in terms of online banking. The Customer Care squad consists of all microservices for managing all processes related to Orange Bank customers, including bank card management and processing of bank debit transactions requested by DGFIP.

• Participation in setting up the functional architecture in collaboration with the Product Owner

• Coordination between teams by organizing exchange workshops

• Processing of user stories for creating new needs in compliance with internal rules and setting up the necessary code base for future functional user stories.

Implementation of the fluid journey module

As part of the DEMATBOX project, an LCL tool for rapid dematerialization of non-digitized products. LCL wishes to evolve this solution to process digitized and non-digitized documents with better fluidity by initially bypassing the Workflow Sans Frontières (asynchronous) orchestrator.

Fluid journey is a new module consisting of a set of microservices enabling the acquisition of supporting documents during a face-to-face meeting with the client in a fluid manner; without interruption and connecting to the existing post-meeting Workflow process.

• Design and implementation of the new module's application and technical architecture,

• Implementation of microservices enabling communication with existing applications to ensure document acquisition up to their storage in the GED.

• Writing technical and functional specifications for microservices,

• Writing delivery documents (DED) for web services,

• Facilitating retrospective meetings,

• Facilitating Daily meetings,

• Facilitating review meetings and Sprint planning poker, adhering to the Agile Scrum methodology.
