My name is Chiara. After 9 years of experience in HR, I took the step to work on a freelance basis. Most of my experience is mainly in Talent acquisition from A-Z, Recruiting and admin. In the last 3 years, I have taken on various projects: drafting job profiles, coaching managers, setting up absenteeism, campus recruitment, onboarding, training plan, contributing to employer branding.

I am someone who likes to be creative and looks at which HR actions fit your company. For me, everything can also move forward well. In terms of Recruiting, I don't stand still because for me, everything in Recruiting is my natural habitat.
