EDF – Project Security Officer

EDF projects are subject to internal regulation: the PMPG (Group Project Management Policy). As a Project Security Officer, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with this methodology and the delivery of essential deliverables for milestone achievements. My tasks included:

o Conducting project risk analyses, challenging the business plan, holding regular workshops with project managers for milestone support review, and verifying deliverables.

RATP – GROUP CRM AMOA (Application Management Assistance)

As an AMOA, I managed a project to implement the Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

My responsibilities included:

o Facilitating workshops, analyzing and formalizing business needs, functional and technical specifications, writing User Stories, configuring the CRM (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics Marketing), testing, and driving the project to delivery.

My main responsibilities involved working on the group's various websites for back-office contributions, but I was also in charge of a redesign and migration project for one of the group's brands' websites with the following tasks:

•• Taking the brief and expressing the need

• Assembling the project team

• Developing the schedule

• Coordinating the different teams

• Contributing to CMS: Drupal, Typo 3

• Creating a training PowerPoint for the project management tool for the project team

• Developing the testing file and website testing

• Organizing Steering Committee meetings and writing minutes
